Cable production

Our in-house production manufactures countless types of cables with the help of our development and design department.

From simple standard types to highly complex customer-specific hybrid special cables.

Our many years of experience in cable manufacturing help us to find the right solution for you.

Our wide range of clients from the following sectors benefit from our service:

Mechanical engineering, wind turbine manufacturers, shipbuilding, special plant construction.

Processing of the copper wires

We process high-precision copper wires according to DIN 48201 into conductors of class 1 to 6, following the CU stranded wire classification as per VDE 0295 (DIN EN 60228).

Bare copper, tinned, nickel-plated, silver-plated; pure nickel, thermo and compensation grades.

Extruding the wires

The CU wires are insulated in the extruder and thus become high-quality conductors.

Stranding the cores

After extrusion, the conductors are stranded in the stranding machine. Braids, windings, and foils can also be applied.

Winding/foils:
Nonwoven fabrics, polyester films, aluminium-clad, and PTFE

Braiding:
bare copper, tinned, V2A
nickel-plated stainless steel, mixed braiding

Extruding the jacket

After cabling, all previously manufactured components are returned to the extruder.

Here the cables are insulated with an outer jacket.

Presentation of the cable

After the manufacturing process, the finished cables are wound onto drums or coils, depending on the customer's requirements.

Testing the cable

All cables are continuously checked against their specified technical parameters during the ongoing manufacturing process and again in the final inspection.
