Cutting and printing of strands

Single strands of PVC, silicone or Teflon can be cut to length and printed to your requirements.

Cable sets, single strands

We manufacture assemblies of control cables, silicone cables, flexible cords, earthing cables, fitted with a range of cable lugs, ferrules, and twisted connectors.

Assembly of terminal strips, components

We can assemble different components for you, depending on your requirements.

From terminal strips with or without wiring, to control panels with connectors and add-ons, we will be happy to assist you with the installation.

Switch cabinets / control panels

The design and manufacture of bespoke control panels, control cabinets from drawings or new designs.

We manufacture a range of control cabinets, terminal boxes and control panels to customer specification.

Fibre optic cables / RJ45 network technology

Whether a commercially available RJ45 connector or a fibre optic connector for plastic optical fibre (POF) cables or fibre optics. e.g.:

  • RJ45 connectors from Hirose or Stewart
  • F05, HFBR, FSMA connectors for POF cables
  • SC, LC, ST connectors for fibre optic cables

Metal processing

We can also process housings, sheet metal or other components, for example in combination with cable assembly.

Testing service

Our products are subject to the following inspections and tests as standard:

  • Visual inspection of length, strip and jacket
  • Polarity and continuity test

If special tests such as:

  • RJ45 testing for attenuation and next 
  • Optical fibre attenuation measurement
  • DGUV V3
  • High voltage testing

are required, we can also offer these on request.
